Good day Gents.. Hope the WLS journey is treating everyone well.. I've been ghost lately.  Trying to get back on the ball and post more.. The support here is better than any place else..

Those that dont know me I am Joe (Unidos) or united dude, lol as one puts it

I had VSG May 14 2009 here in Orlando FL..  I was 435 and now around 299.

some stats for those starting the WLS process.

Waist - 60 now 44
Neck- who the hell knows... now  is appx 17"
lol I've taken 2 links out my damn watch now..
Shirt - 6xl now baggy 3xl.  I need a 2.5xl lol
Shoe 14 now 13


FYI to those *****in about the liquid diet. I know you're out there.  I did it for 6 weeks so i dont wanna read,  I cant do it for 14 days

I still have about 50 to go. no rush.  I can sit in a booth now, that still trips me out that i fit. I can ride a bike 10 miles easy and not huff once.  I can stand up and ride where before I could not. I walked 15 NY city blocks and was able to hold a conversation with someone at the same time.
 
I can honesly say it was and is the best decision i've made..

I did have a little set back, still dealing with the injuries from this tractor trailer accident, pretty weak still and have to get the muscles healed and working again..

Glad you checked in Joe, you are doing great.  Have you been able to go back to work?

No have not gone back, I can kiss that job goodbye.. A month into all this I had to get a lawyer. Company started being nasty to me for an accident I didn't cause.. *******s..

Trucking is not trucking.. My co driver hit a bridge.. I am on the way to therpy in a few min..
