21 pounds!!

I was discharged from hospital last friday at 342. Weighed again at doctors office today at 321. Thats 21 pounds in 7 Days!

That is awesome! Keep drinking as much water as you can possibly drink, especially during the first couple months when the weight is falling off. And get in lots of protein to minimize muscle-loss.

Way to go FF.  Amazing.. ain't it?

It happens so fast your head will spin...speaking of heads spinning...Know the signs of dehydration (it's the # 1 reason WLS people reenter the hospital).  Don't buy new clothes too fast...I went out and bought about $200. worth of new clothes (thinking I was done losing)...they're just sitting in my closet now.  Look to the Goodwill and Salvation Army (thrift) stores for most of your clothes for the next few months.  Also friends and family can help...Post op my favorite pair of pants came from my nephew.  Brian
