220 pounds.

Here are the latest pics of me. My wife took them on our sunset bike ride last night.

Without my surgery, I wouldn't even think of going to a concert, much less ride a bicycle because a 500 pound man with a 72 inch waist wouldn't fit into a theater seat or fit on a bicycle either.
This is such a great feeling!

Lookin good Herc. I don't know about that target on you belly though. Hope no one tries to hit the bullseye. LOL

Not sure why my ticker shows 9.5 pounds lost, it should be gained. Oh well,eventually it will be lost.

We must let go of what was if we are going to embrace what is !

You could have ridden the bicycle but when you got off it you would have had to "unwedge" the seat from your butt crack!

You look amazing. you must be such an inspiration to your family, friends and co-workers. It is hard to believe this was accomplished in 7 months. Unbelievable.
