I got shot down on another job I applied for. This is getting old.
Have been getting hellacious work outs in by cleaning downed trees and branches! Sleeping good at night too.
Ex-wife got into her apartment and I took over the house this weekend. What a mess! If you're holding Wal-mart stock and your dividend goes up you'll know who to thank!

240.0: Today 05/02/2010
Today (actually yesterday) marks 5 months post for me. I am down 135lbs. My goal remains to weigh 200lbs by New Years Eve 2010. I need to average 5lbs a month weight loss to do it. I hope I make it, the weight loss is really slowing down now!!!

This was a week with a couple big milestones. First, I've now lost over 100 pounds. Second, the BMI chart now says I'm no longer obese!
I have an overdue follow-up with my surgeon and nutritionist tomorrow. Hopefully all good things come from those two meetings.

Again, same as last week, and i'm good with that. It seems my increasing my calories to between 1300-1500 has successfully stopped my weight loss for now. Goal was/is 180, and i'm steadily fluctuating between 179-181 (yes, i'm still a scale ***** and check the #'s daily, i can't help it).
I went to a wedding this weekend, had a mudslide drink as a little treat to myself. I forgot how fast i can get drunk. I wasn't halfway through the drink before i was light headed and slurring my words. LOL, good thing i'm not a drinker, only occasionally.
Going to get my bloodwork done today in preparation for my 1 year check up on 5/19 ! Can't believe it's almost been a year....what a ride.
I am trying to lose 23 more pounds to reach my new goal of 199 lbs. That should get me well into the "lean" category for body fat percentage (9%-12%). Even though the BMI charts will still show me as ten pounds overweight. That's fine. My ultimate goal is good health
