HIT A WALL SINCE NOVEMBER! HELP
My one and only thought as I started to read your thread...CARBS!! It really is the name of the game. You have to get rid of all breads, cake, crackers, chips, ect (as Barney Fife would say "nip it in the budd")!! Only go with complex carbs (you may need to look some of this up). Brian PS Carbs are very addicting too.
You are not eating enough. You should be eating 5-6 times per day to keep your body out of starvation mode and your metabolism burning. 900 calories is what I had at 5 months post, you should be eating close to the recommended daily calories at this point. I know it sounds crazy to eat more to lose weight, but that is how it works, just make sure you eat nutritiously.
