I take 19 pills each day.

VITAMINS AND NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS

Centrum multi w/Lycopene 1 tablet daily

Calcium Citrate (315mg)+ D(200 IU) 6 tablets daily

Vitamin D3 (2,000IU) + Calcium (111mg) 1 tablet daily

Vitamin C (chewable) 500 mg 2 tablets daily

B12 (sub-lingual) 2500 mcg 1 tablet daily

Iron (Ferrous Sulfate) 65 mg 1 tablet daily

Zinc 50mg 1 tablet daily


PRESCRIPTIONS (As of 4/25/2010)

Metoprolol 50 mg 1 tablet daily

Amlodipine Besylate 5 mg 1 tablet daily (Norvasc)

Voltaren (diclofenac) Topical Applied once on 4/21/2010 for heel pain

OTC MEDICATIONS

Omeprazole 20 mg (1 tab ea. for 14 days. Started 4/22/2010 - preventative for Voltaren topical NSAID)

Aspirin 81 mg 1 tablet daily

Famotidine (Prevacid) 20 mg 2 tablets daily

Miralax powder 1 dose daily

Damn dude!  Thats a whole lot of pills.  The only thing I take is a multivitamin gummy.  This may change after I have blood work done next week Tuesday.  I haven't seen a doctor for over a year.  The only thing I think he may say is that I have a vitamin B12 deficiency and have to go  back on the injections.  Who knows.  All I know is that this next week is going to suck because to prepare for my bloodwork I have to give up my daily Monster Lo-Carb energy drink.  I'm going to be cranky and most likely have a headache from the lack of caffine.

I'm down to seven, you must be so sick of the sight of them all...
