Body Building / Weight Lifting and SUPPLEMENTS after RNY
UPDATE:
Working out daily with weights for 45 to 60 mins plus about 30 to 60 mins of aerobic, usually in the form of full court basketball, a few sets of tennis, swimming, jogging on the beach, or hitting the heavy bag...all things I enjoy, because I *despise* the treadmill / stationary bike.
I'm still taking my supplements:
Protein, Creatine (4 wks on, 2 wks off), Glutamine, BCAA Amino Acids, Tribulus, and Superpump 250 for my pre-workout.
I'm very happy with the results so far. I gained 5 lbs after the 1st month of weight training....and added another 5 lbs of muscle in the 2nd month as well. Body fat has dropped from 17% to 15%.

Phase 1: Completed 10/2008.
Phase 2: Weightlifting - Goal: Add 40 lbs of muscle. Completed 2/15/2011.
Phas 3: Cut to 10% body fat.

I lift 4 days a week and have gotten MUCH stronger. I'm now lifting more than double the weight I started with on most exercises. I also play basketball, volleyball, tennis and swim throughout the week for cardio. I've been eating 500 calories above maintenance and have grown alot but seem to be staying relatively lean, so that's good...
