HELP! MEMORY NEEDS HELP
Color of the rainbow in fruits and vegetables. Other little things that may help; shrimp, peanutbutter, chicken corn dogs (has alot of liver and kidneys and things like that), stuff high in potassium (oranges, bananas, broccoli, spinach, raisins, tomatoes). Try one mulitvitamin in the morning and a different one in the evening. Iron? Good luck...Brian
