HELP! MEMORY NEEDS HELP

I am getting in all my protein and also taking my B1 and getting monthly B12 shots. But my memory isnt back to what it should be. Is there anything I could be taking to vastly improve this? 
 Has anyone taken GINKO BILBOA?

Get all of your water intake from the youth fountain.  I heard it was hidden somewhere in Florida.

I'm not sure it is a WLS side effect, I think it is an aging thing - if I remember correctly.

Color of the rainbow in fruits and vegetables.  Other little things that may help; shrimp, peanutbutter, chicken corn dogs (has alot of liver and kidneys and things like that), stuff high in potassium (oranges, bananas, broccoli, spinach, raisins, tomatoes).  Try one mulitvitamin in the morning and a different one in the evening.  Iron?
