 I've heard that massive weight loss can make your penis appear bigger because you lose alot of the fat around the base.  Did any of you guys? or girls with husbands who had surgery experience this?  

Also does your girth decrease due to the fat loss?

definitely noticed a change. not sure if it's actual growth, or you just now have more of it to work with because it isn't surrounded by fat, but whatever the case, it's a nice added bonus to weight loss

Yeah. More to work with lengthwise. As for girth. Well..everything is relative, so compared to your smaller body, it may look like you have increased girth.

I have to concur with the rest of the guys and say yes.. due to loss of fat around that area..

I heard it compared to a fence post. Lets say you  have a four foot fence post with three feet of dirt around. Remove a foot of dirt from around it, you still have a four foot fence post.

My wife says it looks longer. Our sex life was good prior to surgery, it's amazing now.

It's funny that you ask.  I always thought that I had a 12 incher but after the surgery, come to find out it's really 14!  The girth has not changed though.  Still about the size of a soda can.
