All I can say about the scales this week is WTH!  And that is after the morning "constitutional"! 

One thing I did not miss being in Atlanta was yard work!  GF's homeowners association had a contractor hired for such purposes. 

I had not used the riding mower at ex-wife's house since I left eighteen months ago.  The area around the work shop, as well as what we called the "big front", needed mowing.  Had nothing else going on so figured I mow.

Here's the FART: I got to looking at the distance between my stomach and the steering wheel.  It was a least a foot!  I actually had to pull the seat forward to be able to comfortably reach the steering wheel and foot pedals!  Other highlight yesterday was shredding a snake to pieces.  48" riding mower pretty efficient device for that purpose!

Started at 398 almost a year ago, today at 216. I just need 2 more pounds by April 7 to go from super morbidly obese to just overweight.

 Dang, Don ..  You better slow that thing down before you evaporate, son!

Scale shows 4 pounds down this morning.  Haven't seen a 4 pound loss in a week in a while.  Had a very stressful week, which i'm sure added to the weight loss, i've barealy eaten at all in the last 2 days.  Next week has got to be better than this, so i'm keeping my head up.

Scale reads 235 today. I lost three of the five pounds I gained last week.

Onward!
