FART!!

4.5 weeks out from vsg, tried on trousers I haven't been able to wear for 15 years, they fit comfortably!!!!  One more notch on the belt I used when I married over 20 years ago and it will be too big.  WOOOOHOOOOOO!!

Vsg 21/02/10, start 306, now 272, target 210.

Give it a few weeks and you'll be shedding out of them!  (decaf coffee)

I'm looking forward to that, but I want to savour wearing them while I can!

Two words Paul "Thrift Strore".  I was in and out of clothes so quickly... I'd be broke without  second hand stuff along the way.

Seconds on the used clothing. Ive gone thru three waves of size changes so far. The selection and quantities to choose from is unbelivable!!!! Im wearing some stylish **** man.... All I ever wore was Walmart  and K Mart  stuff. Here is a small fart comming at ya ................ I can actually button the very TOP BUTTON of a dress shirt that is my size!!!!!!  That was impossible before.   Laters guys  That fart felt great!!
