Hello All

Newbie on here...My name is Glenn 34 years old married and will have a nine month old on my surgery day March 29th!!  I am having RYN and I'm getting pretty nervous about right now.  Doing my very low carb diet right now and it's going okay.  I really appreciate all the stories you all have told on here it's giving me great inspiration.  Thanks and looking forward to spending my new life journey with you all.  Glenn

Pre-op jitters and post-op "buyer's remorse" are an almost unanimous experience.

  Dang, how much weight are you wanting to lose?   In your avatar pic you don't even look overweight  --  is it an old one?  

 Hutto, huh?   We have another reg on here - Scotty - who lives in your vecinity and is about your age  ..  He claims to have lost like 260 lbs. or some such ...       Just look for the guy with the New Yawk accent and tossing cookies down his neck .. 

LOL... It's there trust me!!  Was about 335 in that picture and that was June 29th of 09. 

Drink, Drink, Drink, walk, walk, walk.
Just focus on staying hydrated.  You will get enough protein in later.
