wow moment
I put on my senior ring from high school yesterday, and it fit. I weighed 240 when I graduated from high school, now weigh 233.
Since the weather has warmed up, I have been getting out and riding my bicycle. Been riding 30 minutes each time i ride. Trying to get out and ride 3 or 4 times a week.

That's Great David. Must feel great. I love getting out on the Bike. I lived in Ft. Worth for many years, graduate of TCU. Where do you like to ride? As far as weather goes, it is funny. Here in WIsconsin, I know put on short sleve tshirt and shorts to go running in 40-50 degree warm temps. lol We think we have a heat wave when it is this warm in March.
I used to go ride down at the Trinity Trail in Fort Worth, or go ride with the Fort Worth Bicycling Assocation. I am working up to doing that again. Currently I am only riding about 5 or 6 miles mostly because its all the time i can find. Recently I found a walk/bike path that is only .9 miles from my house, so I have been there. It's really nice to have a place that close to home. My partner and my 20 yr old cousin who lives wirth us goes riding with me.
I personally don't care if you call your accomplishments FART s or WOW s . Just keep on posting them. Originally, FARTs were meant to keep the women out of here. But, come on, does anyone really think that modern wormen are put off by the word fart? I guess some men feel more like member of the group by calling WOW moments FARTs. That seems to be the prevailing sentiment here, but it shouldn't turn any man away from posting here.
