Would you wear Spanx for Men? (Men's board post)

This is posted on the men's board. Question for guys.


Spanx.. which makes an undergarment to pull in those bulges.. now makes men's products.

I mean.. compression clothing isn't really anything new.

Would you wear them?

I don't know. Isn't this something us men have been complaining about women for a long time.

They  have a nice svelt figure, blah,blah, blah. And then they take off the push up bra's, girdles, wigs, eye lashes, etc. And then ur like WTF !!! LOL

I say no, don't wear 'em.

sure.....when you lose a lot of weight...stuff like that keeps the excess skin under control.

 It's been tempting for me, since I have 45 lbs. of regain and am up 100 lbs. from where i should be.  Lot of loose skin still, too ..   It seems like that 45 lbs. has made a world of difference (hurt) with gals  .. Now they treat me almost like they did when I was a pre-op ..    

 Spanx would allow me to pull things in and flatten them out ..  But yet I don't like the "deception" involved with it  ..   Sorta iike stuffing a rolled-up sock in the front of your underwear ..    Sooner or later all that stuff has to come off around them, and I remember the very humiliating experience that AOL spokesdude last year reported he went through when something like that happened in bed with his new "love", as a post-op, pre-PS ..  It ended up almost taking his life ..

Long as the sock stays in the front.  If it slips to the rear everybody will think you've dumped in your pants!

Thanks, .....  I am going to try to look in every now and then. I use to pop in at work, like now, but don't have the time like I use to. Still work for the same place, just wearing more/different hats. Just glad I have a job and want to keep it that way. I will try to post an update later.

I started wearing compression shirts and shorts for under wear when I started getting a lot of loose skin. Wear it every day. I buy the walmart brand. It especially helps when running and working out, not as much loose skin moving around.

I wear the wallmart compression shirts everyday. After almost 150 pounds off it helps. I have a wife so no false advertisement. They are a big help when you run.

   about the "walmart brand shirts", where are these in walmart i was unable to locate them there. Or, are you guys using "walmart" as a term for generic, other than Spanx.
   if the latter, can you send me or post a link or name of the ones you have purchesed. and whether you would purchase them agian.
