What I guess you would call a fart.
I needed a new pair of jeans, so I went online and ordered a pair from Penneys. I have been thrilled lately to be wearing a pair of 38's, but they were a little loose, so I ordered 36's. I figured that if they didn't fit, I could return them locally. They came today, Levi's 36's, and with a little trepidation, I tried them on. Not only did they fit (and on my waist where they belong), but I needed a belt to hold them up! My original goal was 36, but now I am gunning for 34's!
Congratulations. It's nice to know that a size 36 is possible. Just a few months ago, I threw out my old size 72 pants. Last week I began wearing size 42.
