Congrats, Thin J .. Somebody give that man a Century Club card!
On the blood work, I take it "normal" = normal for someone with no co-morbids?

Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "
HW/461 LW/251 GW/189 CW/274 (yep, a DS semi-failure - it happens :-( )
Congrats. Keep up the good work. You're doing great so far and should continue at a decent pace of weight loss for the next 3 mos. Then, it's bound to start slowing down but you should continue to lose. Remember to keep up liquids and get in whatever exercise you can.
You'll soon be like Hercules and be an inspiration to newbies. I think most of you men know that I firmly believe that new post-ops should post frequently to help men who are not as far along on the post-op journey as they are. A man who has just gone through the first 6 mos post-op still has that experience fresh on his mind.
And, I hold myself up as an example of how not to eat--having between meal snacks. The RNY saved my life since it limits what I can eat at meals, but I can sabotage it by snacking.
