K, guys, I posted this on the main board.

The day is starting to get close where I need to start stocking up on my vitamins.

I am having RNY, so I guess chewables would be the best?
I know a need a good Multi, Calcium, Iron and maybe some B's.
Money won't be an issue.

So Let me know what you guys think are the best.

I don't know how your surgeon works but I had to do a pre-op class where they told me what they recommended. I take Optisource chewable multivitamin. I buy them at Walgreen's, $26 or $27 a bottle. 4 a day, 120 in a bottle, months supply. I also take a sub lingual B-12, biotin to better process protein, I was told it would help the hair loss, and ferrous gluconate, "iron", I was told it is absorbed farther down the intestinal tract.  Just started taking the iron at three years out, the last blood test showed it being low. My advice is to follow your surgeon's recommendations.

I'd go to www.vitalady.com and follow her post op regime to the letter and adjust based on your labs.
