Body Fortress Protein
Have any of you gentleman tried the Body Fortress brand Whey Protein. It seems like it would be pretty good stuff for the money. I read reviews and everyone likes it. The only problem is that everyone that likes it are people that lift weights. It is a mix of whey protein concentrate and whey protein isolate. Sounds like it would work for us surgery folks too. Its only 15 bucks for 2 pounds.
I just bought a two pound can at WalMart because I ran out of my Isopure Zero Carb. It's cheap.. and I'm not crazy about the taste. I prefer the Zero Carb because ... well.. It has no carbs and lots of protein. But Now I've got to finish off the jar.

This is what I tell people who are not sure about a whey protein product. I would go here on OH...to your local state board (PA). Find out when the next local support group meets. Ask the people on the PA board to bring samples of their favorite protein shake to the meeting. It is hard to find a good tasting protein shake...for most you just force it down like medicine. Brian PS Sometimes I will go to the local support group and put 1-2oz of protein powder in baggies...label the product and the maker. If they like it...they can go from there. If not...no big deal.
