I will be 1 year out in a week and I am finally at goal of 225.  Those last 20-30lbs were the hardest.  I am very stoked about this.  Now I just have to work on toning it up a bit.

Way to go Daniel!

Isn't great to be able to lay out on the beach without the "whale rescue" people trying to push you back into the water?!
