Going to blame the uppage on water retention from lifting weights and on supper last night. Had chicken fried steak and SF pecan pie for my birthday. That or because I have not crapped in a day and a half and I'm just full of ****!

ETA: I had BM but did not do much for the scales.

I lost 8 percent of my excess weight last week.

That's right. The scale read 237 lbs this morning. That's down 4 pounds from a week ago. I have 48 pounds to get to a "normal" bmi.

Still considered "obese".
