Dont like needles
I use the b12 sublingual that I get at GNC. I put one pill under my tongue every day. They dissolve in about 5 minutes.

Very pleasant cherry flavor. I actually look forward to it every morning. :)

I was lacking energy during workouts, and my PCP said it could be B12 deficiency, even though I was taking sublingual tabs. He said that a lot of the dose is lost through the very inefficient SL method, and that injectable is ideal. While I've never had problems with shots, I wouldn't have even known he was giving it if I hadn't been looking. It's a small, thin needle, and it's IM, so there's no digging for a vein.
The shots have made an energy difference for me.
