I'm in the midst of my second official stall :( i thought it had broke early when i lost a pound or so one week, but either the scale was off that day or just messing with my head. LOL, close to 2+ weeks hoovering around the same #. My last stall lasted 3.5 weeks. I guess when I stall, I stall HARD. But i'm trying not to obsess like I did last time. Keeping up with my workouts, still not overreating or anything....just trying to wait it out. I'm going to focus much more on proteins solely this week in an effort to help break this thing. But it seems as soon is I got below below 200 my body said....HELL NO! and won't let go of more weight, LOL.
Just hope it breaks soon. But i'm still glad to be 198 considering a little over a year ago this time I was 350+ pounds.

The scale read 241 pounds this morning. That's 4 pounds lost from a week ago. So that pound I gained in the previous week is only a memory now. I made a change to my nutrition over the past couple of weeks. I increased my daily protein intake from an average of 85 g to 100 grams. I also lowered my carbs from 50 g per day to about 25 grams. I have no idea if that contributed to my loss last week. I want the snow to go away and hope my orthotics arrive soon so I can resume my daily walk. Bike riding season isn't far away either.
