The scale showed 244.5 lbs this morning. That means a one pound weight gain from last week. Being someone who thinks everything should have a logical reason for happening.. I wonder.. "Hmm.. How did that happen?"
Is it because:
I ate out at twice at restaurants for birthday and anniversary celebrations?
Did the restaurant food have more sodium than I usually eat so I retained water?
I upped my protein to 100 g per day to stop losing muscle mass?
My average daily calorie intake was up from about 650 to 730.. But my carbs were down by about 15 grams per day.
My scale says that my percentage of body fat dropped below 25%. But I don't really know how accurate that scale is.
I shoveled snow for seven hours on Saturday.. Shouldn't I have burned off a lot of that restaurant food?
Is it because I am constipated?
Whatever. As I have posted before. I have had weight gains since my RNY before. I am amazed at losing as much as seven pounds during some weeks. It all evens out in the end.
