Beck's Diet Solution
I'm starting to get ready by reading the introductory chapters. I'v able to refocus my efforts. It seems like a good time to start. I'll be doing Lesson 1--better known as Week 1 Day 1 next week. I don't plan on giving myself any allowances for Shrove Tues and the end of Mardi Gras. I've been giving myself too many exercises for too long. It's just coincidently a good season to recommit to following a diet--any diet. And, I do mean a lifetime change in the way I eat as opposed to a short-term diet.
