Some boring in general type of stuff. Thing high in potassium; bananas, broccoli, yogurt, oranges, raisins, spinach. Add a little salt to your diet...Better yet, have some cooked spinach and add salt (sodium, potassium and iron). Sip sip sip. i began to get the same slight feeling this morning. so i just went ahead and got down on the floor..figured i might as well be safe before i smacked it hard again! had blood work drawn this morning. feeling other wise better as trying to cram more protein in and liquids.and doing the basics of the three meals and snacking between meals to keep self going. Have now been on a bananna thing since yesterday and that will help i know.
Drs office called this morning and lab work showed might be Low blood sugar now. Also,he stated I need to pump the protein in more. And i confess the protein has been lacking some..so back to basics there again. The only thing that we figured out that could have triggered this incident, was i drank a glass of kool aid a couple of hours before i passed out and that could have sent this into space. Body still hurts and right side especially aches. But what really is hurting is a dang burn RUG BURN on my left leg that apparently involved in this incident.
