FART and Update
FART: Over the years, I have kept a blazer in my closet that I have used for testing my size. I have seen it get smaller and now, I have finally been able to close the buttons. I love it. I have also been receiving more compliments from people saying that they are noticing the change in my size. Recently, I was pulled to clean out an office that had burned (my job as a records manager) and was able to walk up and down 2 flights of stairs with boxes full of records. Sure, I had moments where I thought my heart and lungs were going to explode, but I did it.
Update on "I've been a bad boy" post: I have taken your responses to heart and yesterday instead of justifiying one bite, I was justifing why not to take that bite. I must say, I felt so much better about my decision and didn't stray as I did before. I know that I will slip, but as long as I get back up, dust myself off and get back to using the tool, I will be fine. Thank you all for your statements. You are a great group of guys.
