It could be WLS-related, or not, Lber ..
One non-WLS cause could be hypothyroidism .. Simple enough to detect with a three-pronged blood test ..
As far as WLS-related, could you be anemic? What are your blood hemo levels?
In general, the post-op "coldies" can be caused by either the lack of body fat and/or a crash in the metabolic rate of the body in response to the major, rapid weight loss .. This is the same thing that anorectics commonly experience as a result of their extremely-limited food intake ..
If you're going to be checked by a PCP, be sure he/she knows and understands your WLS and takes that into account when ordering tests .. Good luck!
