Toilet talk..... Literally
I didn't find that sitting on the toilet was an issue. The tail bone, however, may be a pain in the ass! (poor attempt at humor :-)) Many people find that they have tail bone pain when they sit. Sitting on a pillow helps. After a while the pain just goes away but while it's there you definitely know it.

Oh, yeah - you may also find your balls dangling in the water.

Toilet is ok. But my tailbone hurts on my Lazy Boy and in the driver's seat of my SUV. I use a foam donut.. but it only helps so much.

My tailbonse seemed to hurt me from the moment I came out of surgery. During my three weeks of recuperation time off from work, I would occassionally feel well enough to go see a movie. About midway through the movie, I'd have to get up and walk around because of my tail bone. It's not really intense pain, for me, just sort of an irritating pain that after awhile starts to make you nuts. Walking helps but just getting through it works too.
