Coming up on a month of staying within 3 lb range.  For now, at least, it seems I've stablized.   Now, to keep it there for the rest of my life.  :)

Yeah -- how 'bout them Cowboys.   They looked pretty sharp last night.   They may be peaking at the right time.

After losing ZERO lbs the previous week. I lost eight pounds last week.  I have maintained my daily food plan of about 88 g or more of protein. This week my fat intake was up a little from 15 to 20 g.  But carbs were still below 50 a day.

That means I am only ten pounds away from one of my goals.  I wanted to weigh 250 in time for the weather to break so I could ride a bike again. I hope to be that weight, and maybe even lower by mid April.

Moral: Don't let those "no loss" weeks get you down.

P.S. I had a huge cr-p after weighing myself. Would it be cheating if I went back on the scale and re-weighed myself?
