Suggestions???

I'm about to write my letter / application for sugury to my insurance. My insurance is CareFirst of MD. Any suggestions, recomendations? I've been around this board for 2 years. Ive been waiting to get some kind of insurance to pay for the VSG sleeve. Now the insurance I am on covers surgury and the sleeve. So I am pumped. Any help you guys could provide would be great!

Stress co-morbidities...blood pressure, heart.  I would ask the same question on your state (VA) board...they might know more about the state and it's insurance policy.

Typically you already have a surgeon and the Doc writes the first one.  You shouldn't need to get involved unless you are denied.
