HELP from the veterans please...

Hey Guys, it has been a long time since I have posted.  I am a year and a half post op from gastric bypass.  All has gone perfect, lost half of my body weight, from three sixty to one eighty.  I have had no problems untill now.  For the past  days, every time i eat or drink, I get a pain in my chest and start burbing.  Very weird, right?  I will call my doc later, but since I am up early, I figured I would pick you guys brains first.  Any sugestions guys?

I'm thinking ulcer but I could easily be wrong.  Definitely check with you doctor.

A few months back I went to the local support group.  The WLS surgeon spoke...we asked the questions about strictures.  He said something like 90% of strictures occur at about 3 weeks.  But he also said they can occur at anytime.  It may be a stricture...Very treatable with an outpatient procedure.  Also the doctor may put you on something like Protonix or something with Omeprazole...to reduce acid in the pouch.  Just my thoughts.  Brian
