Would no long qualify for surgery
My BMI is now 39.9, down from 67.8, I was off my diabetic meds before I left the hospital and I no longer have sleep apthea!! So while I still have 65 pounds to go to hit my goal of 175 at this point I would not qualify for surgery under my insurance policy and one of the ladies at work said I was one of the 2 best looking men in our department know, not sure of the order since the other guy is her husband, but I will take number 2.
Hi Rob, I have Lapband surgery tommorrow and I really hope one of the things that improves is that I too can get off the C-PAP machine ( on it 8 years, I was having 62 events an hour on my sleep study, that that means I was stopping breathing about once a minute) for my sleep apnea.
I call that C-PAP my "birth control device" as it pretty much has been a total turn-off to my wife and the whole thing drove her into the "guest bedroom" years ago.
Congrats on everything...!!!!
