Had oven roasted chicken, black eyed peas and a bite or two of cole slaw for New Year's Day lunch. My mother, meaning well but ******g me off,
acted as the "Food Police" informing me I had too much on my plate and would stretch my pouch. Guess I ate too fast and was not conversing enough. WHAMO! I had PODP'ed! (Pissed Of Da Pouch) After about 20 minutes it settled back down and I was able to eat a small piece of GF's SF Pecan pie!
Hopefully 2010 will be a better year for all of us. Had to put GF back on plane to ATL. I'm lagging behind trying to still find cop job in TX.

Last two weeks have been up and down but some how I ended up exactly where I started so I am more than satisfied with still being at 192.8 this morning. Unfortunately I found our over the holidays that sugar no longer bothers me with the exception of premium ice cream. I am looking forward to getting back on my routine and limiting carbs.
Have decided to give crossfit a try for the new year.

72 lbs down, and I feel GREAT! Energy level is through the roof, sugar is normal, bp is normal, or even a little low, and my knees rarely bother me. I still sleep with a bipap, though, and as much as I love it (like Linus and his blanket), I wouldn't mind being able to get rid of it.

Scale says 268 this morning. It's the same as last week. But I didn't gain a pound like I did that one time a few weeks after my surgery. I'm sticking to my daily food plan and am still feeling better every day. I hope the foot doc can help me with the rest of my heel pain so I can resume my morning walk. Onward and upward.

Bumping up my calories a bit and shaking up my workout routine seems to have stabilized my weight. I'm 2 pounds above my low weight but still within my "safe zone".

I'm down 142 lbs since June and 117 lbs since my surgery in August. I have little to no joint pain. I'm excersising regularly. I'm so much more active than before. I have a bunch more to go this year but i'm sooooo on the right track. Can't wait to play golf with my sons this Spring.
