Christmas FARTS

Had a great vacation in Ca. This was my first time back for x-mas in about 12 years and the first time my wife and kids (well 2 out of 3) were able to be there. A great time was had by all even with my constant FARTING.

1) No seat beat extentions for the plane
2) Left the C-pap at home and slept like a baby
3) When to my first NBA game (Warriors 132 Suns 127 on Dec 26) and fit in the seats
4)Hiked some trails in Yosemite to see the falls and I had to slow down for others in the group.
5) Used my Dads bile and managed to walk, bike or both 7 out of the 10 days we were out there.

6) And this is the big one...even with the extra treats that come during x-mas with a family of outstanding cooks, I did my best to maintain control with a pretty good level of success, I managed not only to maintain my weight-loss but I dropped 5 LBS during vacation!!!!

Six for six!  To hell with opening a window - KNOCK DOWN A WALL!

Cool...Cool...Cool.  I forget how blessed I am living in Northern California.  We have such mild winters here...I can bike year round!!  Plus I live about 100 miles for Yosemite...can do day trips, but after seeing it so many times it's no big deal.  Glad you had a good time.  Brian  PS  About once every couple of years we can see Half Dome with a naked eye from our house...after a major storm and a very very clear day...

Now that's what i call a succesful six month post op appointment. That's great.
