Let's hear some goals for '10.
A couple of goal, weight loss related :
1) My birthday is in 22 days, i'd really like to be under 200 pounds by that time. So thats 10 pounds I need to lose in 22 days. Shouldn't be a problem, but my weight loss is very fickle at times, so i'll just work hard and hopefully be in the 100's by 1/26/10.
2) My next goal is to hit 180. I don't really have a specific timefram, but sometime before my 1 year anniversay on 5/18/10. It's only 29 pounds away, so again, it shouldn't be a problem, but i'll eagerly work towards that.
3) My next goal for 2010 and beyond is just maintenance. Lord knows i'm scared to death of regain / somehow ending up back to 360+ pounds. So I need to remain focused on hitting that gym 5-6 times a week and monitoring my daily weight + food intake so that I remain accountable.
