Let's hear some goals for '10.

A pull up, or chin up. Just one. Done correctly of course. Forward facing grip, done marine style. ONE CORRECT PULL UP! I got 12 months. I'm going for it.

I love that goal.  I have done some reverse grip pull ups but not the real deal.  Go for it.

Hey Sheriff.....Happy New Year. Here are my 2010 goals as unrealistic as they may be:

1. 60 minute 25 mile time trial leg on my bike during the Omaha Olympic Tri
2. Complete the Triple Bypass 125 bike ride in < 8 hours
3. Get in and finish the Leadville 100 Race Across the Sky in <12 hours (get me a belt buckle)
4. Get in and finish the Mt. Evans hill climb bike race (get me a "one bad dude" cycling jersey)

That should just about do it from the fitness front.

Hey man.  Nice to see an old school face in deez parts!  Those are some great goals you have there.  I know that you will be all over it.  Hope to see you a bit more.  You have a lot to offer!

Make goal weight, be comfortable being me, pay off the F_en bills, never vote for a Democrat again.

1. Get back to 180
2. Complete the 100 pushup challenge  (starting Monday)
3. Run a 5k, 10k (in the middle of a couch to 5k right now)
4. Get backpacking again at least once.
5. Help my son reach his "run a mile with dad" goal (he's 6)
6. Write a monthly newsletter for Cancer Copay Relief (if you're interested, email me)
7. Help raise at least 250k for Cancer Copay Releif (Non-profit I co-founded in September)
8. Hold weekly Family Home Evening with something spiritual and a game each week.
9. Read at least 12 books for pleasure.
10. Go on at least one planned date a month with my wife.

Those are some great goals.  Seems like you have thought about it.  I like the running goals.  My son ran a couple mile races with me last year and I would not have been more proud.  Literally - could not have been more proud.  Good luck with them.
