Let's hear some goals for '10.
At 4+ years out, I am pretty settled in with this whole thing. My weight is a bit higher than I would like. I have two goals for this. One is to get to 239 and the other is to end the year weighing less than I started it which is about 260.
Most of my other goals are fitness and running related. I want to lower my 5K PR by 1:18 to get into the 22 range and to go under 6:30 for the mile. Also, I have run at least a mile a day for the last 40 days and I want to continue that and get to 365 days so that I can then join the official streaker club.
What are your goals for 2010?

My WLS goals are:
1) Hit my goal weight.
2) To get back to the gym.
3) Fit in jeans that are a size 36/38.
4) Fit in shirts that are a size XL/2XL.
