Toning Up?
I'm not a workout guy, I just can't stick with it. For me if I stay active doing a sport that I like I seem to keep doing it. During weight loss I started snow skiing during the winter and biking in good weather. A lot of guys go to the YMCA and start in the pool and move to the gym.
Anything you enjoy and will keep doing is the ticket.

Walking is always good for you. Not until recently have I started doing any kind of weight training.

Hey Joe, careful with the gym rat stuff early out. My Doc held me back for 8 weeks out. Said the stress on the stoma and incessions were to much. I started with biking and treadmill before weights and crunches. I cheated and paid a price for it.

Yeah, Im only doing cardio again, trying to figure out when is the right time to start on weights. Im about 8 weeks out now. But I heard that some people use the gallon milk containers fill with water and just lifted them like weights... sounds interesting. My doc told me last week to hit the gym, but i thought I was supposed to be taking it easy at first. So I guess I will do what doesnt feel too strange.
