Another 3 pounds down.  Slow & steady making progress.  I dont regret the last 7 months at all, my life has literally changed drastically. 

I saw someone i hadn't seen in almost 10 months this past weekend, she literally looked me in my eyes and asked me for directions without at all recognizing who I was.  So I said "Oh, you don't remember me now?"  It took her a second, and then her mouth dropped.  She couldn't believe it.  That absolutely made my weekend  :)

341.0:  all time high 4/4/09 325.0:  Surgery day 4/20/09 233:This week Finally had the MRI's on my knees done and had the follow up with the ortho surgeon. I have arthritis in my left knee and a very slight tear of the miniscus of my right knee. I start physical therapy next Monday. He said after two weeks of therapy he doesn't see any reason I can't start light jogging again.:)

240 - Today (12-21-2009) and have been 240 +/- 5 for the last year. Awesome life these days.

Here's how weird weight loss is.  I was 218 on Saturday, then ran on Sunday and did Martial Arts for 1.5 hours today and down to 213.2.  I also uhh used the bathroom and that helped a ton.
