Nervous....the wait

Ok, so i've been lurking on this forum for months.  I just completed all my prereqs for surgury and this week my info was sent to insurance company on wednesday.  On a friday at 3pm my case manager called back and all she said on the voice mail...."please give me a call back and we can discuss your case"  In my best guess that means I was shot down...so i can't really find out till monday...this weekend is gonna suck

Not really a question, more of fustration i had no where to talk about.

I wouldn't be able to wait till Monday. I'd call my insurance company today. To be honest, that's actually what I did with my situation. I wasn't about to wait for a call from the surgeon's office.

Prepare for the worst but hope for the best!  Could be they have an opening they need to fill! 

I agree wth Losttxn. You need to prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Did you try to call your insurance? I did and actually got an answer on a Saturday. My insurance is Tricare. Good luck and keep us informed. Even if they don't approve you now it's not over. A lot of people have had to jump through a lot of hoops to get approved. So don't give up!

I tried calling my insurance unfortunatly there isn't much help on the weekends, so i just have to try to keep it off my mind for the next 2 days.
