plateau busted

Well had been at a plateau of 218 for about 3 weeks, down to 215 then back up to 218 every morning..    I weigh every day,  just because if i start to do bad  Ill catch it early,  but today it moved to 212!  added more protein and started paying more attention to carbs,  not sure if this helped or it was just time to start moving again, the plateau was very discouraging but just wanted to pass on to everyone who hits one,  do what the dr tells you and you will start to move again!

Congrats to you and thanks for the info on raising protein levels and watching carbs.  It reinforces what my doc says.

Glad to hear that danged old plareau got busted. Stay away from the scales for a few days, to much stress can't be good for your body. May be just step on it once a week.
Hang in there you are doing great.
