Liquid Diet starts tomorrow

Well the dreaded liquid diet starts for me tomorrow. I'm excited and not. It's bittersweet.

I'm ready to get the band and start losing so that makes me happy and what the heck i can do anything i put my mind to. and I'm 100 ready to make this change.

Any suggestions of something you liked on your liquid diet?

I've found Crystal light sugar free popcycles aren't that bad. lol

My doc had me on the canned Slim Fast .. High protein drink.

I got atkins protein shakes - Milk Chocolate Delight.

it's not really a delight - but not a bad after taste like others

I'm on Day 2 and I'd kill for a cheeseburger. lol

Day 3 and I've already dropped 8 pounds - woohoo.

Day 10, dropped 18 pounds, probably a bunch of water, but I'll take it
