Sunday weigh in!
I don't really care about my weight as much as I do about body fat %... So with that being said: ( I am 6'2")
Day of surgery 1/14/08: 400 @ 61% Body Fat
All Time Low 03/09 199 not sure of body fat percentage... Probably 15%ish
Today 219 A 10.8% Body Fat.
While I lost half my weight, through excercise and training I have lost about 85% of my body fat.

12 weeks post-op. I lost another three pounds last week. I am happy I lost anything since I ate at a restaurant on Saturday and have stopped my morning walk because of heel pain from plantar fascitis. I stretch those muscles every morning and am on my fourth set of arch supports. I hope I find a solution soon.

361 : all time high
311 : day of surgery
220 : last week
217-218 : today
The scale was playing a numbers game with me this morning, kept jumping back and forth. But as worse case scenario, i'll just go with the 218. 2 pounds down for this week following a 5 pound loss last week....i'll take it. Kinda hoping somehow I can lose 7 pounds in 11 days, that way i'd be down 100 pounds post surgery (+50 pounds i lost on preop diet) that would be 150 total pounds gone on xmas day. That would be a great xmas present to myself. If it doesn't happen, so be it, but that's what i'm pushing for anyway.

Lost another 2.2 lbs this week. Bumping up my calories seems to have had an opposite effect from the one I was trying to achieve. I'm now below the weight that my PCP told me he thought should be the point I wouldn't want to go below. I'm still just barely above the "normal" range on the BMI charts but I'm now getting comments from folks (who love me and have been very supportive of my journey) that I "need to stop losing". For me, "normal BMI" doesn't wear very well.
Is it just me? Or does it seem that our programs seem to be lacking a LOT of information on the transition to maintenance? This is the point I've screwed up every other weight loss effort in the past and I need to really nail this one.
