Can't complain about holding steady on the scales.

Never, and I mean NEVER, trust a fart!!
I refuse to weigh in today. I cheated. follow this
Was going to make chile today - rainey and cold and good football on the big screen
But I succumbed to a soup mix. Had red babys potatos, onions, green peppers baby peas as leftovers
Bought some new Campbels new potato/bacon bits soup as a cheater base. Added fresh bacon bits, peas, , old bay seasoning, shredded honey ham and heated to boil. Not the good carb /protein choice, but just had to do it. Slid right down feeling good and warm, but it didnt stop. Paid a small "sit on the pot" price but it was worth it. I'll have to eat slower next time. Soup tens to paass right through yoy and not a good food choice. Shoot my *** ass

New low today of 192.8. Down 1.6 pounds from last week. Crazy week, way to many carbs and not enough protein. Unfortunately sugar alone doesn't make me dump although sugar and fat will. Coming up on nine months in two weeks. It would be great to hit 190 which was my original goal by then. Ironically the weight dropped in a week in which I did no cardio, Go figure.

I had an interesting week, two of my officers were victims of a drive-by shooting while they were in an umarked vehcile, no one was hurt, four susect holed up in an appartment, I brought in my swat team, evacuated the apartment, tried to talk to suspects for about 45 minutes, then hit the apartment with knee knocker and gas, they surrender without incident. This incidnet happened about fiftem minutes after an armed robbery where we caught the driver but are still looking for the gunman, yet the two were not related. Glad we don't have many nights like that in my area.

You got your cardio in but not the aerobic kind! You got stress cardio instead! Armed robberies, officers being shot at and holed up suspects that require a SWAT team will definitely give a man in your position STRESS!
