Hey Guys, Saying Hello, New pic and New Farts
I am stopping in to say hello.. I been busy working on me, I moved into storage, drove to Maine for a week and in 2 weeks i should be going to Iowa to start my new trucking career.
I am in Maine now and its 34 out and we have 6" of new snow on the ground.
When I was in truckin school i gave one of my instructors all my 5xl shirts maybe 30 shirts and still about 10 bags of big clothes to goodwill
Here is a New Pic. I am down to 309 or something like that now. 126 lost and wearing a 46 waist I almost died when I tried on 48s and they were too big. I bought a 2xl Levis hoodie for Maine. 2xl thats a first for me

Ya know, that's something I never thought about before -- what do newbie WLSers that have to be on the road all the time eat?
I know the first year or so out from my surgery I couldn't hardly stand anything at Denny's or IHOP .. It seemed to all make me ill .. or ill thinking about eating their food .. ![](http://images.obesityhelp.com/_shared/images/smiley/msn/barf.gif)
Fortunately, a lot of truck stops now are offering buffets, and you should be able to find some salad stuff and high-protein foods on those, although you probably won't be getting your money's worth as a post-op ..

Frank talk about the DS / "All I ever wanted to be was thin, like that Rolling Stones dude ... "
HW/461 LW/251 GW/189 CW/274 (yep, a DS semi-failure - it happens :-( )
