My suggestion is to get vanilla flavored powdered protein--make sure it's high protein and low sugar/carb-- and add sugar free and fat free (SF/FF) syrups to it for the additional flavoring.  I use DaVinciGourmet that comes in about 45 flavors and I get most of mine at www.netrition.com  Sam's Club has a limited choice of favors at a lower price. .  You can also use Torani syrups.  They are available at many stores and online stores.  Just make sure you get tjhe SF/FF because both brands do come with syrups with sugar in them.

Forget the protien powder if it isn't working for you.  Eggs &  yogurt are easy to eat.  Eat eggs until you can't eat them anymore,  then eat them the next day.  Proten and water are equally important so maybe get the protein first then the water.  I got, and still get most of my water in in the evening.

Little by little you will be able to eat different meats, chew them up good and eat them slow, you can get all your protein requirements by food rather than the powders, I did.

just a shot if you can eat sardines in olive oil 28 grams of protein in that little can. And the oil helps them slide down.

You may have a stricture...do some reseach...very treatable and very common.  You may need to go to a gastroenterologist and get "scoped"...widen just below the pouch.  Talk to your doctor.  Brian
