New problem, never had before... need "support" literally

So... I've hit the point where the weight is coming off in my thighs finally...  Well, it's caused a new issue  that I've never had (not bad a bad one per se)

I've been traveling for the past month and a half so I've been absent from my aerobics classes.  I showed up today for Zumba and was mildly embarrassed... With the thigh fat gone my junk now swings all over the place (even with under armour on)  More than once I caught people looking at me.  Not that I really mind... but yeah, wasn't too cool.  I'm sure this isn't something new...  wtf do you wear to contain everything??? (especially if under armour doesn't do it)

Maybe some biking shorts?

 Guys in aerobics classes and Zumba?   I thought that was just on those T.V. infomercials ... 

  I guess if I tried that I'd make sure to stay in the BACK row ..  No seeing my stuff from behind that way, yet I get to check out all the gals' ..

Sweat pants?

Hey Tony. You may want to try some compression shorts (should be able to get them at most sporting goods stores). I do alot of running and they seem to work well for me. They are a little tighter fit than Under Armor. Or, possibly a jock strap.

I've noticed the same thing, except for me it's on the elyptical.  My package now swings uncontrollably when going at a fast pace.  It feels very weird and kinda uncomfortable at time, lol.  The only thing I could do to control some of the movement was to buy underwear that are literally a size or so too small.  Just to keep things tight and in a compact area down there so it doesn't have much room to move around when working out.
