Sometimes my posts may seem odd

My wife and I were discussing how I no longer fear speaking to other people regardless of the size of the gathering.  I told her that I just don't care what other people think when I speak.  I didn't mean to be flippant.  I used to be the shyest person around.  I went for public speaking courses to no avail.  All of that changed as I started showing signs of mania.

My wife said that I may not care what other people say, but that I embarrass her.  She wants me to think before I speak.  But, I'm totally unaware that I am saying something inappropriate.

I fear that some of my posts here may appear the same way.  Sometimes I'll think about posting a new topic and I'll see a post that I think is similar--but not the same--as what I'm thinking.  I just don't know if I'm responding inappropriately sometimes.  And, I do try to read my posts before submitting them.

Don't let my posts discourage you from posting.  I'm glad to have more men on our forum contributing to our discussions.

I've been accused (and guilty) of the same, do try to tame it down, especially after a ****tail or 3.

The nice thing about this being a men's forum is hopefully most have pretty thick skin.

BTW this forum does have an edit function if you want to modify a previous post, not sure how long you can do it for, some times there is a time period limit.

Cheers,

G
