A wow moment

I went yesterday and tried on pants and shirt . I about could not hold in the excitement I have in only 3 months dropped 8 pants sizes and 2 shirt sizes and have not felt this good in along time. It truely was a wow moment.

that's great. I tend to go down in shirt sizes faster than in waist sizes. Feeling healthy is the primary reward for following the post-op diet. Losing weight is a bonus--but, what a bonus.
