Men with lap band

Are there many of them on here?

I've noticed most of the men have the RNY. or maybe thats just the more active posters.

I'm getting the band and not seeing many guys with it makes me concerned. lol

I'm a bander, and an old timer too.
I have lost over 125 lbs and have for the most part have kept it off.
I dont post much anymore because I am working in Qatar and dont get much of a chance to get on the computer. I work 6/12's and dont have much time to myself. There is a 10 hr diff. so its hard. My work computer is the only computer I have access to, and its linked to the computer sys back in the states. (Utah)  I am happy with the band, and the weight I have lost.

You have 150 lbs to lose (if your ticker is right), the bands statistics show that most people only lose 50 percent of their excess weight and only about 20 percent are successful with it long term. Since you have so much weight to lose you might want to research/consider a different surgery.
